Red Hallway
The hallway connects to the dining room. Different doors sprout out in different directions. Some are just closets, but others lead to more interesting locations. There's a bend near the end of the hall, leading to the dorms.
Rue: He's heading to a specific dorm, focused as can be...until Hitori is seen walking past them.
"Oh. It's you."
Hitori: The prota comes to a halt, surprised almost. "Oh! Rue! I was going to visit the interaction booth, like I said I would-"
Rue: "No need." He says.
Hitori: "H-Huh!? Why? Do...they not want me?"
Rue: "..."
He's quieter now. "They stated that you had no need to apologize. There also seemed to be less deities this time...I think that some of them left, looking at the state of it. The one you want to apologize too likely isn't there anymore."
After saying that, they continue walking off, not even bothering to gaze at Hitori's distraught face.
Hitori: ...Their tail lightly wraps around their ankle, and they let out a quiet whimper as Rue walks away.
(There's less of them? The room looks worse? They don't want an apology?)
(I know he didn't say it, but...it really does feel like they don't want me there right now.)
...They change course, going back to their dorm.
