Games Room
A small room filled with different types of games, including a flatscreen TV with a PS5! No internet connection, unfortunately, and the PS5 doesn't even have that many games to play yet...
Some arcade machines, plushies, and...whatever else, are also in there. Figurines line the shelves, and a strange plushie of a creature you've never seen before sits on the couch.
Rue: "...I believe that puts you in check."
MX-Z0: She is seething. Malding, even. Of course, it doesn't look like she is, but by the way her antennae flail about just a bit more than usual, the emotion is obvious.
Stranger: As Stranger and Lotus enter the room, Ivan also present as he watches like a sports narrator, Stranger raises a brow. Since when did she play chess...and how did she convince Rue to be her opponent??
Regardless, he's still not sure what Lotus was talking about...until MX-Z0 spoke again.
MX-Z0: "I'm not letting you win Round 91. You've already beaten me 68 times...and you're not getting that final number."
Stranger: "Round 91!?"
MX-Z0: "Oh. Greetings, Stranger. Me and Rue have been playing chess all night."
Rue: Rue doesn't say much...besides nodding in agreement.
Ivan: "I've only been here to watch the latter half! These two are the best chess players I've seen!"
Lotus: "I-It's just...too much, I think...ninety-one matches!?"
Stranger: "Wait...Rue, did you stay up all night?"
Rue: "I struggle to go to sleep anyways. I'm fine."
Blink. Blink. "I'm....fine-"
He immediately flops over onto the table.
Lotus: "A-Aah- Rue!!"
MX-Z0: "...Oh, dear. Perhaps we did go too far...?"
Stranger: Sigh... "Just get him to his room, I guess. Let the guy sleep."
MX-Z0: MX-Z0 nods, and picks Rue up on her shoulder before she walks off.
Stranger: "...I guess that's one way of coping with yesterday. Way too much chess until your eyes give out."
Ivan: "I mean, I just spent last night talking to myself...thinking to myself, pl-"
Lotus: Lotus suddenly interrupts him. "A-Actually- there is another reason I woke you up..."
